I used him for my new house purchase but there was a problem with the builder not doing 100% of what he was supposed to do. Abraham explained what he legally could and couldn't do according to the contract. I couldn't hold back money but under the contract I could sue if the work wasn't completed later and if the signing incentive free mini-fridge wasn't provided. Not an ideal situation. Abraham even told me to get a 2nd opinion if i didn't feel comfortable with his opinion. He gave me names of other lawyers that he trusted and told me if I wasn't comfortable I should use a different lawyer of my choice. I consulted over the phone with the lawyer Abraham recommended (for free) and he confirmed Abraham's advice. I also went to see the lawyer who did my divorce and does general litigation & he also confirmed Abraham's advice. Abraham offered to follow up with the situation.

Mr Fares has dealt with my divorce and other legal matters pertaining to my business. I found him honest diligent and excellent quality. He had my interests at heart the whole time and was a pleasure to work with.

Terrible experience with him...he wasn't very helpful. The other builder's lawyer took advantage of us and he wouldn't even do anything to help us out. Had to go through another lawyer who was willing to advocate for us.

Do not use this lawyer. he will not even remember your name and his staff you can't even understand them. Stay away
