Hired him for my DUI offence. He was able to get me a plea bargain by the end of the case, with no jail time. Did not really fight for me in court. It was possible that the judge would has dismissed the case due to inadmissable evidence, but Mr. Frank did not push for it. Now I will have to appeal and hire another lawyer (another $1500.00). Dont expect to talk to him very much after you hire him. Personally, I would have gone with another lawyer with more experience and knowledge. But this is all just advice.

Kevin Frank is an awesome lawyer. He was there on the drop of a dime at the last minute when I needed him and he has reasonable rates.He also got my lying spouse's protection order dropped.Who would think a 6'3 man could be scared of a 5'3 woman. Thank you Mr. Frank. Oh and ladies he isnt bad looking either :).

Attorney Frank is horrible with communicating with me ( his client), I was seeking a divorce, my spouse represented herself. And most of my charges were from my spouse calling or emailing my attorney. My attorney knew for months that I was transferring commands, and he still put my case on the back burner, after I called to complain about my attorney not communicating with me or calling me back, I called his boss to complain. Mr. Frank finally called back to say I feel you need to file an emotion to withdraw me from your case. After 9 months working with Mr. Frank, I still was not divorced, I asked many times to lets go to court and let the judge decide what my spouse should get, but he wanted to continue to send out separation agreements, There were 4 different separation agreements sent to my spouse. My question to him was she will continue to change her mind, so lets go to court. He is NOT a fighter, he sucked me dry, and I warn ALL MILITARY MEMBERS not to go to this law firm.
