I'm not one to make negative reviews as there's so much more one can do with their time. However, I write this to warn anyone looking for an attorney to represent them during a divorce. STAY AWAY!! Especially if you are trying to protect your savings account or are an emotionally wounded spouse. Liz will kill not only your budget but your emotional healing. She will hurt your case with administrative mistakes, poor advice, and a recurring billing system that doesn't support the work she is in fact doing for you. Also, she will get beat by the opposing attorney because of her careless attention to detail. I know it's hard to find a good attorney but please be warned of these red flags if you choose Liz. She's more concerned with acquiring her material gifts for herself than she is protecting a vulnerable spouse going through a horrible time.

It is a pleasure to write this review for Lizz, Irena and the whole team at North Metro Litigators.
I unfortunately found myself facing a divorce, and interviewed several different attorneys to help me navigate what turned out to be one of the hardest life events to date that i have ever been through.
I could not imagine, looking back, having anyone else represent me through this process as we worked through a lot of crazy-Lizz and her team handled my case with confidence and know how due to the very apparent experience and expertise they possess.
The firms communication of fees, timeline, expectations, and guidance were provided with great clarity. Every team member at the firm was available to answer any and all my questions, and answered them in an extremely timely manner with great detail so i could make decisions. If I could rate Lizz a zero, I absolutely would, gladly! The most unethical attorney I've ever encountered! Just lie after lie, and she doesn't care if she ruins one's life. Karma will come back to her. How she gets clients is baffling! She doesn't know her cases, is all over the placr, and completely on the verge of malpractice...shocked a suit is not filed against her Firm already. Never Hire this woman or her firm...she and the others at her Firm just DON'T CARE! Worst attorney I've ever encountered!

Liz Kuhn is an fighter! She will be your best friend in court. I would hate to go up against her with another atty. Liz has always worked very hard to ensure a positive outcome me. She knows the law current and precedent setting cases. She is highly skilled and a genius! I can't say enough great things about her. If you need real representation, call Liz Kuhn!

I went Hait & Kuhn in May of 2013 to review an uncontested divorce. My consultation was with Liz Kuhn. She did an excellent job reviewing the uncontested. She explained things and I determined I was getting a pretty raw deal. So I had my (now) ex-wife served with a contested divorce. It was a long and tough road but Hait & Kuhn was really there for me. We all worked very hard. I mediated joint custody but when my ex tried to move our daughters hundred of miles away, I was given my options and we ended up modifying custody. I, as a man, ended up the custodial parent of my daughters!
She is an impressive litigator, who definitely has a passion for law. In trial she was quick on her feet and had a rhythm to her questioning I found quite effective. The entire firm has been responsive to my inquiries, via telephone and email. I would definitely refer friends and family and return to their firm for any legal services.

Absolute ripoff! Paid a lot of money down... took off on vacation for a month. Cost me my court date being heard within 30 days. Then billed me for tons more and did nothing! Even employees there complained about her and Hait.

Lizz was a breath of fresh air during my custody battle and divorce. I say this due to the fact I had a horrible experience and lost a significant amount of money with the first attorney I retained. She is an exceptional lawyer who knows the laws, fights ethically and with integrity but also understands the realities of divorce and child custody battles due to having walked in these shoes herself in the course of her life, thus is empathetic to the distress of her clients but tenacious in caring for your legal needs. I highly recommend her and will utilize her in the future if legal issues arise.

Lizz was a great help throughout my custody case. She was always very easy to get in touch with and was up to date with exactly what was going on. She is very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, hardworking, agressive and always helpful. She helped me get to an outcome that I was more than pleased with in the custody case with my daughter. She not only met my expectations but exceeded them.

I went to Liz Kuhn's law firm to handle my divorce proceedings at the recommendation of an acquaintance of mine. From the very first meeting with the paralegal, I felt comfortable and "in the right hands." Whether it was the paralegals or the attorneys, there was always someone to answer my questions either by phone or by email. I never felt rushed during meetings and always felt knew I could ask as many questions as I needed so that I understood what was going to happen next.
