Mack Law Office will tell you whatever you want to hear at the free initial consultation but once he receives your payment in full he does nothing as he promised. I paid Mack $1000 to help with a small misdemeanor that should be resolved easily since I have no criminal record at all. Mack stated I would not have to pay additional fee unless I decided to fight the charge in court but I already decided to plea guilty so Mack promised he would be able to resolve this matter with just a simple fine. I have not yet had a court hearing but Mack decided he wants more money and if I don't pay additional $1500 he will not show up to my hearing even though that was not what we agreed and he has not done anything for my case at all. I felt like he was trying to scam me since he clearly lied from day one so I looked online to find a new lawyer and discovered several other people who hired Mack law in the past were also scammed out of their money without being provided any legal help or services

Mack takes your money then doesn't show up .once got my money I did not see him in court again . He is hostile and does not advocate for his client . He promotes the easiest way for himself. Does not provide information to client to (discovery)understand case. If he doesn't show up for court how can he explain to court that his client wants justice tempered with mercy. Will not take call or return calls.Sent in a lawyer who said he did not read whole discovery therefore doesn't know case and was not prepared to represent client at sentencing. When you are admitting a mistake and you will Take a fair punishment and are being beaten down by the system who can you go to that ' s the job of an attorney.Who can protect us from people like him. I hope other lawyers who know him will stand up and protect him from the innocent public . No matter how bad a person you are no one deserves mark Mack on their side. He hurts more than defends . I will do more time than I deserve all due to this man

I had retained Mack....Yes....he is not a Doctor so I will not refer to him as Attorney Mack....but I paid $3000. for a Dui defense....he waived my pretrial hearing...met with me twice via Skype(yes I showed up at his office for an appointment only to talk to him from an undisclosed location)....he gave me bad information.... informed me of my court date via mail....and didn't show to stand by my side. Awful!!.... More of a criminal than a surrogate for justice. CRIMINAL

Attorney Mark Mack agreed to a fee of $10,000 for a felony criminal case when other attorneys only asked $5000 or $7500. He said if there was no trial, he would return $5000 of the total. The case is over, and he presented a "made-up" bill in which he bills for every time I tried to reach him (he never called me back), and for filing a motion to get me out of jail. My old attorney said his fees are cause for disciplinary action - and when he failed to show for a court hearing - there was added cause for discplinary action. He's a complete joke, commits fraud in his promises for how much he charges. I am getting a class action lawsuit together so that other people are not victimized by this bad name in the criminal defense legal profession. He charged $350 above the $10,000 to come see his client in jail (only time he saw the client), claiming it was extra (Extra work, to see your client when bail is revoked? Really!?). WATCH OUT. WARNING. Bad News!!!

It's obvious that the comment below is without credence. Atty. Mack has been been in business successfully for the past 29 years. He's no-nonsense, to the point and his client's results speak for themselves, and yes he's worth every penny. Mack is well respected.

BAD BAD BAD bad over priced, felt I was robbed paid 3x's my retainer, he only went to court once and never met with the defendent before that
