This lawyer was quite unprofessional I found. I was charged for a full hour. He made a personal phone call during the consult. He was not at all knowledgable on the matter at hand. Then billed for additional time at a later date when he was paid in full. During the appointment he said he would do the job,then,via letter informed he would not do the job he was hired and said he would do. Giving at best the lamest of excuses. He should have saved us both the time and turned down the job. He seemed a very poor reflection on the firm he works for. I have not had any troubles with the various others I have employed at the same firm. Time was also very much of the essence in the matter which I approached him on. Not a very personable man as well. Very shocked with the entire thing!
