Avoid this lawyer at any cost. He appeared to have only a limited knowledge of family law, gave advice casually, could not always find my file and never actually seemed to be on my side. He was reluctant to go to court. A more experienced family law professional later suggested I sue Wands for the 'negligent' separation agreement he produced.

total waste of time. he will tell you how experienced he is and how much he knows, but in the end cannot stand his own ground.

This is not a review out of spite or malice, though the terrible numbers may look that way. This is to avoid anybody getting put in a bad spot by using Mr Wands. He is bad news. He is afraid of court, so DO NOT end up in court with him. He caves in to opposing council and does not appear to have a current knowledge of family law details. There are better lawyers out there for your divorce or family issues - if you really need one, dont waste your money on David Wands.

horrible lawyer. save your money.unable to negotiate and only gives in to spouses lawyer on every issue. makes false promises in the begining.
