This lawyer was the best! She helped me in so many ways. I was very scared and she answered my phone calls and emails day and night. The outcome was exactly what she predicted. I was in a long term marriage and my spouse left me. I wasn't sure how I would handle anything. Mrs. Maxey gave me check lists and detailed information so I could start getting my life together. No question was ever too small. I now refer all of my friends to Mrs. Maxey. Folks that lose to her post about her (like my ex-husband). There is a reason she has received so many awards and degrees!

Once you hire her and she has what she wants, she forgets you. In a divorce, she will not negotiate for you in the final report. Your spouse will come out smiling. I reported her to the Florida Bar who put her on probation. GO TO SOMEBODY ELSE!!!!

Mrs. Maxey is incredibly unprofessional in every possible way. It states in her page that she is available 24/7, but she is not, I emailed her several times and she would never get back with me, she would call me 10pm the night before the hearing asking me questions that had been answered several times before. She took advantage of a very sad situation and made it worse, my ex and I were in okay terms, but after her intervention, the relationship is way beyond repair, she bad-mouthed me to the opposing lawyer, she told so many lies about my ex, made up stories that almost cause my ex's pregnant wife to ask for a divorce. She did not care in the slightest that there was a child and that for his sake things needed to remain amicable between my ex and I. I wasted the money I did not have and now my son is growing up with set of parents who hate each other. Her actions, her incompetence and her greed did not allow her to see that at the end my son was the one who would suffer the most.

This lawyer is EXCELLENT. Not only is she extremely intelligent (while in her office, I saw she has three law degrees), she also has a mind like a trap door and catches and remembers EVERYTHING (I also discovered she was in the Mensa club (a club for geniuses) and at the top of of the list as far as intelligence goes (I saw this too on her wall while I was in her office)). I initially went to Ms. Maxey for a divorce and custody of my little girl. I never thought in a million years that I'd ever get custody of my daughter OVER MY WIFE, but Ms. Maxey did just that. My little girl now lives with me and my ex-wife has to pay me child support. During my case, Ms. Maxey and her staff were extremely caring and helpful, and always kept me up-to-date on my case, and ALWAYS took my calls. I would/will HIGHLY recommend this woman/attorney to EVERYONE I know. She's the BOMB!
