RespectED your elder experiences in realtor law area.
Have tried to communicated to you and Bryant Mayes many times/weeks BUT no response, I had the below money number parked my trust account in holding,the balance number is: C$--,---.--.
To highlight, I am your client , owner of the money in trust account.
The money amount was held as protecting me from hazard business activities.
you have the 10 business days set as holding solely on your decision. The money can not be miss-handled or disappeared in silence.
Before closing, You agreed to hold money with no date range specified in ledge agreement, Now you and Bryan Mayer just altered the law service to holding 10 days with your own decision.
On what base, you guys have such privilege to get the money loss.
You law service is supposed to protect client at this point. Otherwise don't take this case just to earn one thousand fee if you work for others because of interest syndicated.

I used Mr.Travers to completely my first home purchase. I would never use this lawyer again. After receiving a call from my mortgage broker that they were unable to reach the assigned staff (which changed several times in the span of 3 weeks)to my file to confirm that they had received the instructions I called and spoke with the clerk. She informed me that she had received the package two days earlier but had not bothered to start working on it. She claimed she had not received any phone calls but was able to return a call to my broker later that afternoon (how she got the number if she didnt receive the original phone call is beyond me). She then proceeded to bad mouth me to my mortgage broker and how she was not going to jump through hoops for me. UNPROFESSIONAL.
