I could not agree more with the first comment. DITTO!! I should have followed my first gut feeling. He kept hitting my arm during the hearing & at one point laughed at me. He ask me 3 questions during the hearing. His secretary sent for my medical records he literally did very little for the thousands he could make. He brought up comments to the judge that he did not do his homework on and did not know the answer to which turned into a mess. He does not want to have small talk or even any talk about how your life is affected with your disability. He only wants whats on paper. His commercial is one big lie! He smiles at you while he's telling you to shut up. He is so rude and could care less how bad your health or life is. All he is worried about is give me the money. I wish I wouldn't have fell for the false commercial and did my homework. I would have hired someone else. Please everyone do not hire this man! Everyday some of the things he said still rings in my head.

Mr. Rosenfeld's practice is to help people receive Social Security Disability Benefits. His ad reads "You're not a case, You're a Person." However, he was condescending & rude. He always acted like he was being bothered & makes people feel like they are low lifes. I would advise to find another lawyer who actually works on the case & shows some compassion.
