agree with above postings. Very timid and not eager to go to Court and challenge other attorneys or CEO of the Hospital. He charges $400.00/hr to basically tell you that as a physician the deck is stacked against you with Hospitals. Except he drags it out for his billing and financial purposes. Find better value elsewhere

I came to him at a very vulnerable position when I was in dispute with a Hospital. He shies away from litigating with Hospitals but definitely generates billable hours. Very crooked billing practices so keep accurate notes yourself. Essentially billed me for conversations we did NOT have. I would not recommend him for Health Care related topic.

Slow to respond to communications; high rates. Very timid when dealing with other attorneys. Essentially ineffective; would get better value elsewhere

This lawyer does not do what is best for the client; rather he does what is best for his financial self interest. Beware of fraudulant billing.
