This woman has no ethics and no conscience. She feigns an inability to comprehend financial reports prepared by experts that she, herself has chosen. She pushes off planned settlement meetings to accommodate her own personal schedules with no regard for anyone's time but her own. Most recently, to accommodate her move to Beverly Hills, which no one was advised of. Her strategy for success is to delay and confuse and frustrate. The frustration results from her confusion, which results from her lack of ability in financial matters...a basic skill requirement for someone who deals in separation of assets. An associate of mine demanded, and received, a $70,000 reduction in fees from her which were paid for a forensic accountant's supplemental report to give her a better comprehension of data. It didn't help.

This lawyer will exacerbate a case as long as she can get away with. She has no conscience when it comes to delay tactics, which often stem from her inability to comprehend information that has been laid out for her by her own appointed forensic specialists. She cancels long scheduled settlement conferences via voicemail after business hours the night before the meeting. She causes delays by asking for ridiculous documentation that might date back as far as ten years. She allowed said documents to sit in her office, untouched,for almost a year without touching them, only to finally declare that they were far too "voluminous" and time consuming for her to be expected to go through. She has no regard whatsoever for the clients time, or that of opposing counsel. She makes a joke of the entire process to accomplish her goal, which is excessive billing. This case has been going on for four years!!!
