Once you have paid the retainer fee don't expect her to return a phone call or email. She feeds on emotions to get more money. Don't believe her hype in getting your kids from ex wife.

Jessica is a hard person to contact and she hardly ever returns calls. If she does its months later. I feel that her being the attorney for a love one she should make more time to keep the family involved and up to date with what is going on. Especially if the family member constantly calls her checking on the case. Her male receptionist is nice, but the lady is not and her customer service is HORRIBLE..
