" BEWARE "
I hired Michael Pepin in 2014 to do a simple Bankruptcy for $2,300... Come to find out shortly after hiring him. That majority of my really bad credit stuff had been cleared off cause so many years had passed... Gives me $500 back... So $1,800 to do this & it only costs $150 each, for state & i.r.s to file paper to do this . . it's been over 2yrs.. A year ago I call the state & i.r.s to see if I can find out anything.... They have no clue about him as my attorney.... WOW... Ask him about it , then he acts like he is all gun hole now.. Few months pass... Then he tells me the State doesn't do offer compromises... I go online to mn state & find out that you can... Tell him... He is all gun hole again.. Then says will do i.r.s claim first... Few months go by. Get denied for failure of paperwork.... So 3rd time...I'm done. I don't trust him... He had no clue how to do it or the procedures, or he is just a hustler & not honest .... I feel very cheated.

I normally don't take the time to provide feedback unless my overall experience is worth mentioning. I did some lengthy background checking of several attorneys and ended up hiring Michael Pepin for an attorney as a referral from a friend and must say.... he is great! He took the time and care in explaining the process, helping me not only understand but was very honest about what to expect and kept me completely informed of any changes along the way. I am so thankful for his ability to make me feel at ease and valued during a very difficult time. I was overall very impressed with his knowledge and approach. Also, another positive plus point was my cost comparisons, his fees are very reasonable! I would highly recommend Michael Pepin not only for your bankruptcy attorney but any other legal needs you have. He is currently helping us with our will and estate planning.

I hired mike pepin in Jan. 2012 for a bankruptcy case. As of today, the 6th of Feb 2013, I still have no idea what is going on with my case. This is the worst attorney!! I have filed a complaint with the Mn Attorney Generals office and the Mn Attorneys board.
