Mr. Williams was engaged to pursue an Americans with Disabilities Act complaint in Federal court over the failure of the State District courts to have certain access rights protected. These failures in the courts endangered my child and allowed the judges to award protected retirement funds for future legal expenses when a medically ill plaintiff attempted to divorce her spouse. Mr. Williams was misrepresented to me as an experienced plaintiff's attorney for, basically, a civil rights case. Mr. Williams filed, quite deliberately, on the wrong legal entity, failed to serve discovery on even that party, sent me a bill for $20,000. I subsequently discovered that he was paying for high end advertising stating he was AV rated and limited his practice to defense work. Furthermore, his typical clients were huge corporations. At the time, I had an issue of toxic encephalopathy which did not permit me to monitor the inappropriate behavior of my attorney. He should be disbarred for his behavior.
