Phil McDonald did a FANTASTIC job of getting my son joint custody of his one year old. He is certainly knowledgeable in all aspects of child custody law. After hearing stories of how long some cases dragged on we were so very delighted that he cut thru the crap and today we are living our dream! We found Phil to be honest, upfront, and focused on getting us custody as quickly and painlessly as possible. Also love his location on Tache as we could park right beside his office.

A friend referred me to Mr. McDonald for my separation and divorce, which just recently concluded. I am very pleased with his services. He strongly represented my interests at the court case conferences in front of the judge and throughout the negotiations with my ex's lawyer. It was clear to see that Mr. McDonald doesn't get pushed around and, at the same time, doesn't needlessly escalate the conflict. He is accessible and returned phone calls and e-mails promptly. He was excellent at explaining the law, the process and the pros and cons of the options available. He achieved a settlement that I am extremely happy with. I was fortunate to have Mr. McDonald in my corner. I would absolutely go to him again and would recommend him to anyone in need of a quality family lawyer.
