I've seen and dealt with some pretty crummy lawyers in my time. They don't listen to you or want to understand. It is like you are talking to a wall and when they lose a case they simply shrug their shoulders and walk away. They don't care about you. The opposite is true with regards to Mr Guggisberg. After spending a year or so studying Sarnia lawyers at the County Buildings on my off days, Jamie is one of only a few solicitors I would recommend for someone facing serous court action. His ability grasp the situation, defend and negotiate on behave of his clients is the mark of a person passionate about his work and the people involved. As a client not only was I struck with his tenacious professionalism but also by his personal charm and commendatory which extremely important to those experiencing a legal crisis. I felt he had my back and when court time. High praise indeed but he deserves it. Out of all his many many cases, he has only lost three. Not bad compared to the others Merci

This is an absolutely horrible Lawyer. His only interest is in taking your money. In the beginning he makes multiple promises and assures you not to worry. He drags the cases out over and over again. If you try to bring up concerns he shrugs them off, but it soon will become apparent your case is not a priority to him you will have to continuously remind him of details. He makes promises and assurances and then never follows through and forgets. After many court date remands, he will forget the promises he made, and your case details and when you try to ask him about his progress from what he told you earlier he becomes rude and insulting, as if it was never said. He encouraged me to plea bargain after he told me he had a deal. He became insulting and called me names and co-erced me into a plea I will get under conditions. At sentencing he was un-prepared and the so called deal was not honored after I met the conditions. He was basically mute at sentencing. Awful experince.
