Tracey was able to resolve my file on the eve of trial. The fact that it got scheduled for trial wasn't Tracey's fault, the lawyer on the other side kept stalling and stalling, and wouldn't answer Tracey's correspondence. Tracey moved the file from where my ex and I were at polar opposite ends of the spectrum to the two of us being able to talk things through, and be agreeable to seeing a parenting coordinator. The judge applauded Tracey for being able to navigate through the years of "yuckiness" that had plagued our file. I've referred a bunch of my friends / acquaintances to Tracey and they've all had the same result as far as I know. Tracey gets things resolved and the judges seem to appreciate her efforts. I'm not sure why there are negative reviews about Tracey but each to there own.

This lawyer works for the MCFD, her agenda to to look out for the best interests of the MCFD , not the children she is supposed to represent. She would rather look out for her paycheck then share the true wishes of the children she is supposed to represent. She will lie in court, she mingles with EMILY MELZER, a corrupt child abusing, unregistered “ social worker “. Do not trust that she will properly represent your children. The MCFD is her bread and butter.

Tracey’s a Rockstar. Helped me and my kids out of a bad situation. Finally my ex is accountable and paying something. She knows what she’s doing in Court. I’ve passed her name onto others and will continue to do so.

Tried to use Fairway divorce - what a failure. Then tried to use another family lawyer - another failure. Tracey was able to resolve everything with me and my spouse within two months after we had gone around and around for about 1.5 years with the other lawyers. Lots of experience. Takes time to explain everything. Had to write this review because some of my other friends have used her too and she's gotten good results for them too, and I don't believe the complaints from other people.

If you have a family law issue in Kelowna - this is the lawyer you should see. She told me about all my options at front and let me know that we could do things the easy way ie. cooperation, or she could put on the "steel toed" boots and muck it up if that's what was required. Her and her assistant were easy to get a hold of, and always let me know when things were going on on my file. She told me how things were going to go . . . and that's what happened. She helped me through this really emotional time.
