Steve did not take the actions needed other than to go to court and gain a settlement of $50,000 which to my knowledge he has done nothing to collect. He lied to me repeatedly seldom, returned my calls since the judgement in 2006. Has taken my calls on occasion but lies to me about what action he is taking and that he will settle this by the end of a given period but has not. He refuses to release my files about which Joel Pearce filed a formal complaint with the Texas and the Louisiana Bar on my behalf. I was never notified that Steve Rushing had been suspended until I filed the complaint.
