Was appointed as Guardian Ad Litem. Stated her fees were due the date ordered. Fees were paid by me but not by the requesting party. She allowed other party to go 8 months without paying,did not file contempt of court for not paying. Cordial when paid, rude at every other interaction. She met with other party one week before trial and bought in to his diagnosed paranoid delusions. Demanding a full psych eval of a normal acting four year old. Never gave reason for this demand, never called DFS with any possible concerns. Threatened that if Idoid not agree to generous visitation schedule she would recommend more time be given. She stated in court she wanted other party's psychological evaluation but never did review it even though it contains multiple diagnosed mental conditions. Hence, she does not practice ethically or with due diligence, in the best interest of the children she gets paid excessively to represent. I would NOT recommend her for any type of representation!
