This attorney helped me, a dad, get sole custody of my daughter in a place where the mother is almost always trusted without question. Thank you, Mr. Banks, my daughter is thriving and flourishing now in a better life and better school system, with better emotional and mental health. This process is so difficult but all I had to do was trust the process and trust you, and everything worked out in the end.

I have known Mr. Banks to be an aggressive attorney who fights for his clients. He is intimidating and forceful when needed where so many attorneys will roll over rather than engage. He knows his business and is the only family law attorney I would retain.

lazy, Does not return emails, phone calls ....Does not like to be called into question because of his lack of Pre-Planning !!

Thomas was the third atty I had work with me on several child custody (etc.) cases. He was the only one that could get anything done in my favor. Third times the charm, huh? He's a monster in the court room.
