Brian handled my car accident with ICBC and also my divorce, both had good outcomes and his work was professional and heartfelt! Paperwork was done properly and in a timely fashion. Secretary was excellent at assisting where and when necessary!

This man needs to retire right now. He did 0 (nothing) for me when it came to my divorce settlement. And I mean nothing, he had paperwork from me for months and just kept sending me bills (large ones). Every time I talked to him in the beginning he just said he hadn't had time to do anything and eventually he won't even return my calls. He had his poor secretary talk to me, again with no information. In the end I couldn't even stand the thought of speaking to him without giving him an earful. So I canceled his services in writing and then he sent me another bill. You should be ashamed Brian, taking advantage of people when they are in a unpleasant place to begin with. You need to retire, please before you screw some poor person again.

MR McCutcheon never had the paper work sent. When we were in court he could not find any thing. I had to give him my copy of two thing. He look in his file the first 3to 5 papers and then say could not find it. I reported him to the Law Society of British Columbia. there findings was not good for McCutcheon. It time he retired. McCutcheon works for Orchard and Company and they even said he did not do his job
