I hired Ms. England for a simple task. My husband had passed and I needed his name removed from the title of our home. I can't really speak to her knowledge, tenacity, work quality or value, so I gave her 4's. But the reason I will not go back to her is her rude attitude. She spoke to me like one would expect an exhausted parent to speak to her teenager: with heavy sighs and impatience. And I could sense tension with her staff. There are plenty of other lawyers who can do this kind of work...

My experience with Ms. England was actually many years ago. However, I recently met with an adviser who asked to review our wills and her assessment was that they were some of the best wills she had read, and certainly addressed all of the main components that need to be addressed. I was more than pleased with the outcome of that meeting. The review with the adviser revealed that there are several things that will need to be updated, but only due to changes in circumstances. I look forward to booking another appointment to get our will updated in the near future.

Wow, surprised at the previous review. Today November 11th I, along with my family, was in to sign documents for the sale and the purchase of our old and new home. Diane, her staff and her office was a very accommodating environment. We had an excellent experience and would not hesitate to recommend Diane's services to any of my friends. Thorough, Informative, Pleasant Service.. Follow up calls to confirm actions, Explanations for every action - we left there satisfied and had no doubt our home sale and purchase was in good hands. Fee's pretty much standard AND listed on her website for all to see prior to retaining for legal services. No surprises AND we will be back to complete our personal matters Wills/Estates that Diane gracefully put in to perspective for us. The Patchetts. (I have no issue attaching our name)

overall this was not a pleasant experience. i felt rushed and my questions were not answered in a professional manner. she made several calls to my broker, my tax office and bank while i was in her office. which she was overtly abrasive and rude to all of them.i felt very uncomfortable and left there with my head pounding.i am the client and i paid for her services for which i did not get a thank you.i felt as though she was doing me a favor albeit very reluctantly. when i visited my tax office afterword they commented to me on her rudeness.i had to do damage control and apologize to more than a few folks.i did not like being rushed or made to feel as though i was disturbing her.when i called to ask her secretary a question about her fees to me she grabbed the phone and barked at me and said she was with a client. i felt i certainly had the right to question how her fees were calculated.overall it was a very very unpleasant, rushed, rude and unprofessional experience.i cannot refer
