Unethical, unprofessional. Learn from my bad experience - Do NOT trust him. My case contact changed three times. Shows you their high turnover and disorganization. They will lie and agree to settle with insurance company behind your back. Does not respect the wishes of their client. Did not do any work and don’t take your side even when you have proof. They just to settle and close your case so they don’t have to do the work.

Worst personal injury lawyer. Unethical and zero integrity. He will lie to get you to sign a retainer and then not honor his word. Bad faith. Will take money for work he has not done. His team will avoid your calls until they need something. Then they harass. Do yourself a favor and go with someone else.

Hoffman has been on our case for more years than I want to say and he still comes up with excuses for not settling our case. A rear ender the first insurance company already amitted fault and paid off over with an under amount, so we went after our own major company for unisured motorist coverage and nothing has happen but stalling around for years now, it is a sorry state of affairs for us. We do not recommend Richard D. Hoffman to anyone, his office never calls us we always have to contact them and beg for information. Don't waste your time which is money in the long run, Find someone good, knowledgable and smart this guy is stupid as they come!!
