Mr. Walden handled my accident case and was wonderful. My case was a little complicated because I was trapped between two other drivers' insurance companies and wasn't getting anywhere on my own. When Mr. Walden got involved, he was very thorough in gathering all of the necessary information and following up with me. While I often spoke with his assistant, he called me himself every time he wanted to let me know how things were progressing. When my case finally settled, he didn't nickel-and-dime me with extra fees. He always treated me kindly and sent me a very nice letter after the case was over... and it wasn't even a form letter. Remarkable and caring service. I would highly recommend him.
