Never communicated with me unless I contacted him. He only seemed to do any work on my case when prodded. At one point a judgement was almost lost because he let it sit for a year without even getting a court date set. After a judgement in my favor was awarded he informed me that he did not know how to collect and offered to give my name to another attorney (with another retainer fee)for collection. I never heard from him or the other attorney again.
