I had a disappointing experience with Allan Socken, a wills and estate lawyer. I found him to be unprofessional, with poor communication skills that left me feeling disconnected and uninformed throughout the process. He failed to provide regular updates or clarify key details, making an already difficult situation even more stressful.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Allan on an Estate Administration matter. Allan was personable, knowledgeable and thorough. Aside from knowing his profession very well, one of Allan's greatest talents is taking complex concepts and presenting them in layman's terms, such that I was able to immediately understand what I needed to. Allan also presented choices and potential outcomes, where appropriate, and - while providing recommendations - was completely respectful of my final decisions. Allan was so caring and helpful. I highly recommend Socken Law.

I had the pleasure of having Allan Socken as my lawyer. I am also in the legal profession and feel that Allan went above and beyond. Estate matters are very stressful and Allan put me at ease right away. I highly recommend Allan Socken for any estate litigation matter.

This is my personal and professional opinion of Allan based on my experience working with him as a client. Allan has the knowledge necessary to be successful in his field. He knows his stuff, there's no doubt about it. Unfortunately, it's his self-righteous attitude and arrogance that many of clients, like myself, don't like. For our appointment, he was late. After two hours of waiting, I gave up and rescheduled. It's very unfortunate that he doesn't receive this feedback and incorporate it into his feedback.

Had him for an estate trustee. He submitted expences that were inflated by as much as 100% and other expences that did not exist. He moves along at a snails pace.
