i highly rate Mr. Kassian, he is warm, understanding and is the best person and lawyer i have meet in a very long time. He did absolutely wonderful work for me.

My opinion is that Mr. Kassian is very rude. First thing out of his mouth is about money and retainer when you meet for what is supposed to be a 'free 1/2 hour session' that lasted 2 hours due to him going on and on about how the law works (I didn't ask for a lesson!), including his high school background, etc. Then when you want retainer back because you have a bad feeling - he wants to know why, and when you start telling him he cuts you off. When I provided a cheque for retainer - he responded that he told me that he wanted a certified cheque which was absolutely not the truth. Then when I asked for cheque back, he said it would have to wait until it "cleared" - which it did the Friday after I called to cancel. He was going to detract some hours from the meeting but we still haven't heard from him - still no money returned. My opinion: I never had the impression that he would have my 'back' and I was in good hands. Trust your instincts people.
