Caution!!!! Don't use Thomas Burkart for an attorney. He will allow you to get so far financially into your case that you get velcro'd to him while he will send you song and dance letters to keep your hopes up. He will end your case when the winnings equal the retainer fees and wont even deliver a court date. Spread the word of caution!
