Shay handled an FCHR mediation for me and she was wonderful. She even prayed for me when I wanted to give up. She was there for me when I needed her

Great rep but she is not a lawyer. She does not returns call much and she can be very testy with an attitude.

I have never had anyone fight as hard for me as she did. She did more than fight for me, she actually cared about what I was going through. She was worth every penny.

I had a hard time reaching her on the phone sometimes but she represented me very well. I am more than pleased.

The woman charged me $350 in December 2011 to represent me and cashed my check within 2 hours of dropping it off. She does not return my phone calls nor does she respond to emails. She also took my documentation at the same time and has done NOTHING to date to remedy my situation which is now past the appeals date. She refused my phone calls and requests for refund and has refused certified letters sent to her place of business on Magnolia. She is NOT a lawyer. She has also threatened me with a libel suit since I indicated I would expose her. Tenacious yes, but not in a good way.
