I could have represented myself better during my mediation divorce and I only have a GED. Mary Muse left me open to lose thousands and thousands of more dollars after divorce was finalized and I did. My ex was smart enough to see the poor work of Mary and fired her immediately after divorce was finalized but before QDRO (retirement fund division) part and hired another attorney to suck me dry. Mary failed in sooooooo many ways to represent us as equal parties that I am now considering seeking a legal malpractice suit against her, and many other family law attorneys who have looked at my divorce believe that I ave a very strong case. So it's up to you, I suggest you run, this women should not be practicing law.

This attorney is neither good nor does she possess a heart or a soul of any good report. Her psychopathic feigning takes your money while she tells you her problems, and you will put up with it way too long. She has a liscense to steal and will throw your family under the bus. She is no one's advocate except her own and the five kids she currently has going to UC Berkeley. The man who referred this attorney does have a conscious and has been duped royaly. Please don't be fooled by all her "judge" experience. This will not serve any hope of her understanding the law, or having any type of favor thrown your way. In fact, other lawyers hate her and appear extra aggressive. I can only imagine thousands of heartless and outright stupid decisions she made while performing as a big shot judge. This being having the power to give one's children thumbs up or down, is outright frightening and leaves my mind sick with no rest. May God have pity on the children and parents in her wake.
