The case manager assigned to my case did not communicate with me. I have never been offered an opportunity to speak with a real attorney. The case manager acted very rushed and didn't have the time to answer questions. During the last call to her, she rudely said that I have to call the next day so she could get my file in front of her. I feel that this law office just doesn't care about their clients.

I've worked with one of the associates in her practice to get on Disability. The associate didn't seem to listen or care what I had to say. Very poor communication. If I didn't call her, I would never hear from her.
