Absolute terrible servixe.Not only will I NOT use him again I know 6 people all in the stages of buying houses I have told all of them to stay clear of this firm and go elsewhere. Terrible service practically and customer service. Minimal clarity on pertinent info, hard to get ahold of and it woild have been easier and kinder dealing with it on line then Curtis. 3 of the 6 were actually considering this firm but now they are going elsewhere and the other 3 are making sure to stay away.

What a great experience! My husband and I were nervous about everything because it was our first home purchase. Natasha, the assistant, was awesome and Curtis was so nice and actually fun to talk with in our meeting.

I had an amazing experience. My real estate purchase was very good. Took lots of time to meet and discuss everything in detail. Couldn't have been more friendly. His assistant Natasha was very helpful and nice.

Read the other reviews... I had the same bad experience. Don't waste your time and money with this guy, or his office. You can do much better!

Horrible experience. A private house sale between relatives took 4 months to complete. Originally had the wrong address on the documents ... then corrected them but took 3 weeks to get back to the other party to come in to re-sign after 6 voicemails were left with both him and his assistant. Kept blaming the bank for the hold up. MANY financial calculation errors in the paperwork... the original amount that came into his office was incorrect but he took his fee right off the top ...after holding on to the funds for 8 days. The only way I could find out what was happening was to drop into his office as he and his assistant can't be bothered to return calls when they say they will. The relative who bought the house ended up paying almost $1000 extra in interest due to all the delays and non responses from his office...there is no way a house sale should take 4 months. To his credit he did refund some of the legal fees.

I would not recommend anyone to go see this lawyer. I met Curtis on Feb 14, 2014 to proceed with divorce/family assets division and he did absolutely nothing for me for 9 months. All he did was send a letter to my ex VIA regular mail. After not hearing from him for 8 months I began attempting to contact him with emails asking what the next step is, NO reply. So, I sent an email to his receptionist and himself, And once again NO reply from either. Then I called..... He's on the other line he'll call you right back. And once again NO phone call back, no response. It wasn't until I threatened to go to the Law Society with a complaint that he called me. What was his excuse...? He didn't have an excuse. He had wasted 9 months of my life and did nothing for me or my case!
