I have had few good experiences with attorneys in Vancouver. I'm so thankful for Mark Epstein and his service. .He tells it to you straight but he also listened to my concerns and had the patience to answer every question I had. He works and fights hard and I am extremely grateful for his legal skill and expertise . His legal advice helped me immensely on a malpractice matter . If you're looking for a confident lawyer who knows his stuff Mark Epstein is it- you couldn't choose a better lawyer to represent you.

We used Mark, for a family case. We had three other lawyers that failed us. Mark took the case and proceeded immediately to strategize and move it along. I had previously paid close to $300,000 in fees. Mark was able to have the matter fully completed within 8 months, and we got an excellent result and the fees were very reasonable. He was a delight to deal with and to the point--no shenigans. I have referred other friends and family members and they all received excellent results in their ICBC cases, and estate cases. I recommend him highly and his team.

I was supposed to have a half hour phone consult with Mark Epstein. He was referred to me by my companies assistance program. I got 7 minutes and 29 seconds. He was rude, condescending, and left me in tears after speaking with him. He was no help, no "bed side manner" Spoke like he could care less because this was a free referral. Even if I had the option of hiring him, I would not. I am right back where I was, freaking out and in tears.

Mark R. Epstein on 1177 West Hastings Street, Vancouver has been ineffective, inefficient and uncommunicative. He is seriously the worst possible lawyer one could have and doesn't care about his clients. My family has a current case with him that he hasn't put the time into and it or even called us to let us know he how bad he has failed us. I had to find out through a third party. I am so disappointed in him. Please reconsider using this bad lawyer
