I retained Ken's services in December 2011 after my son-in-law was arrested for brandishing a firearm during a "road rage" incident. I found Ken to be very understanding, up front about available legal options, and honest about what would be involved in the legal process, both good and bad. Because of Ken's expertise, and his excellent follow-up, my son-in-law was able to plea bargain the charges and received only probation. I would not hesitate to utilize Ken's services again, if needed.

Ken took 7000. from us to represent my friend in Florence once he got the money his computer was always broke so he couldn't show him the EVIDENCE (their was none ) He never did any investigating but promised the family 5000 to be returned and to this day nothing

Ken saved my life, and allowed me to be with my dying father by keeping me out of jail. He was able to get me an amazing plea bargin, even after I had admitted guilt to the police and prosecutor. I was facing three years in prison and a felony record, which would have destroyed my future, and would have broken my fathers heart. Ken was able to get me a plea bargin which ended in me having a misdemeanor conviction, no jail time, one of my charges dismissed, and three years of unsupervised, email/mail reporting probation. Ken not only communicated extremely well with me, he also worked hard to reduce the stress of my father, who had pancreatic cancer. On top of all of that, Ken offered to help me, free of charge, to get all of my rights restored when my probation term ended. I could not have wished for a better lawyer. If you are reading this Ken, thank you, I am forever indebted to you for giving me another chance, and for allowing my father to die in peace.

I was well satisifeid with Ken he handled my case with professionalism was always present at court and kept me informed through the entire process he managed a succesful plea bargin with no jail time on a class 4 felony no small accoomplishment.

Overpriced , dishonest with people scaring them into signing (BIG)checks never showed up in court, well to withdraw after being fired , never investigates issues to defend his client,his equipment doesn't work ( laptop ) and does not keep clients informed of what is going on with their case.
