Mr. Ferguson is a very professional and yet personable attorney. He prevailed in our custody case and exhibited thorough knowledge of the relevant law and procedures throughout. His calm demeanor and ability to prepare beforehand were no doubt large factors in his success. We deeply appreciated his competence.

By way of disclosure he did not represent me but opposed my side in court. He was an embarrasment for his own team and repeatedly make mistakes throughout the case. He slowed everything down; everyone on both sides felt like they were dealing with a first-year law student rather than someone who's been around for many years apparently.

My experience with Mr. Ferguson has been extremely negative. Granted he was not my attorney but a rival lawyer in a case. But I've been around court my share of times as a client and in my opinion this guy is a nightmare and not in a good way. It seems to me he'd be a disaster even for people he represents. In my opinion he helped my side inadvertantly in a civil dispute.
