Be very careful when choosing him to perform your divorce if you have a legal aid account he will try and overcharge at all costs do not sign for any extras..becarfull if you do get a judgement in your favor he will call you a year later and ask if you want to go for more.. Why too pad his pockets a real slimeball...

All the good posting for Martin Vamos are either by him or his assistant Patti. They both are losers. Judges hate Martin because he tries cheap stunts and judges see through. STAY AWAY FROM HIM.

Martin and his assistant Patti saved my 2 children from absolute hell by fighting for full custody fora father(which is much more difficult! )My case was extremely difficult and time consuming. I found both Martin and his assistant Patti nothing but professional and committed to helping me save my children from a dangerous and possibly horrifying situation for my two young children. I'm not sure who these negative and angry people are who are so mad at Martin but perhaps you should look in the mirror before blaming quite honestly two people who I consider a God send. Thank you to Martin and Patti for helping me win my full custody, both of you helped me through the worst time of my life.The children are now safe and extremely happy because of you both.

I would like to thank Mr Martin Vamos and staff (Barrister Solicitor) they helped me get through a very difficult and detailed divorce. Mr Vamos had quite a few challenges and delays brought forth in my divorce but with a lot of patience & knowledge, he and his staff worked through each situation. His legal clerk & receptionist staff, were very helpful & courteous. The legal clerk went way beyond her duties to assist Martin & myself to finish my case. One cannot always get everything they want in a divorce settlement but I'm very happy with the outcome that Martin was able to finalize. Thank you so much for the team effort, it was well worth the wait & I cannot thank you enough.

Mr vamos and his staff helped me with my custody case. He explained everything really well so I understood what was going on. His secretary was there for me when I needed someone to ask questions, even if she couldn’t answer them all cause she’s not a lawyer. I had a different laweyr before but she never listened to me or called me back when I left messages but Mr vamos office was always there for me. This was a really hard thing to go through and without Mr vamos and his two girls I don’t think I would have made it through.

His assistant was awful treated me like crap maybe because of my age and the fact I look young as that seems to be a thing.. I had a hard time getting legal aid because of lost files and a hard time finding a lawyer so I was disappointed when I called told his lousy assistant I would call back with a date only to get hung up on several times I had someone else call and sure enough she answered right away said she had never heard of me (I spoke with her the day before) & when I was in his office she just sat there on her facebook & acted like it was such a chore to do her JOB, her and the lawyer seemed very friendly together he didn't even want to bother her to do her JOB.. He was very nice and seemed very caring but I think there relationship is getting in the way of their work.Oh and he never responded to his emails(maybe bc his assistant?).

This lawyer does nothing, for us he caused more problems so that we would have to continue to go to court and it cost us thousands. In the end we wouldn't even pay him all him wanted and he settled for what we thought was ok. Stay away from him.....he great at taking money and ticking off judges!

Mr. Vamos was always courteous and willing to explain how the court system works. He gave me an indication of what I could realistically expect and the timeline it would take to get there. Mr. Vamos's was aware that I had limited funds and still treated me with respect. Mr. Vamos's staff made me feel comfortable and always responded to my numerous calls and questions. Without Mr. Vamos's assistance it is very likely that I would still be in court without any results and fumbling my way through the system. When my ex husband refused to disclose his income Mr. Vamos went after him for it and got the court to agree that this was a required element of disclosure, he communicated appropriately in the documents he prepared as well as while standing in front of the judge. If I had to do it all over again, I highly recommend Mr. Vamos. He is honest, courteous, aware of budgets and his work ethic is above reproach. He includes you in your own case so that you make informed decisions.

First custody round was legal aid with mediocre results. Martin did not even file the proper court documents to complete the custody case. I found this out years later with the FRO office who could not find any proper court filings. These documents are essential for collecting child support. Second round was even worse. I had to pay cash yet his secretary was my only point of contact. Forget about getting your call returned when your figure out the depth of incompetence. I basically lost thousands of dollars in child support because this lawyer did not even bother to file the proper court documents. Definitely would not recommend.

I basically had to draft everything from A to Z and all he did was cut and paste to the consent letter WORD BY WORD and he billed me hours of my own works. He ia an unreliable and incapable lawyer I dealt with. I've spent thousands of dollars for his useless work at the end. MONEY SUCKER is his real name. Good luck if you ever choose him as your lawyer. NO SATISFIED RESULTS.

There are not words in the english language to describe how brutally useless this man is!! If you want to be ignored, left in the dark, and misrepresented pick this useless waste of skin. My 10yr old is better representation. I cant wait to file my complaint with the law society, he should be allowed to fight parking tickets
