I rated this lawyer bad because her interim lawyer actually did better work than herself. Ms. Feagan went on holidays, charged me for the excellent work her interim worker did (but I didn't hire), and exponged her work from entering the court file, and appeased the family court. She had ample opportunities to "slam" the case, and chose to "keep stirring the pot", to financially exhaust myself. Ms. Feagan knew I was limited on finaces, and chose not to communicate her forcast expenses, and chose to work for my ex, rather than what I hired her for. The evidence in CAS case notes was overwhelming, and there was no reason for this case to have been "slam dunked!" My advice....do NOT hire a lawyer that does not, or refuses to request a financial statement from your ex and only chooses to request a financial from yourself. Good chances this lawyer only has interest in "gold digging", rather than their job you hired them to do! Report lawyers as such to the Upper Law Society of Canada.
