There are not enough words to express my gratitude. Aty Smith is phenomenal, her expertise and sensitive when handling my case was remarkable. She kept me abreast about every detail regarding my case and was extremely assesible to me when I had questions all hours of the night. She is a woman of her word and her work ethic speaks for itself. Because of her guidance, I was able to get full custody of my daughter and $3,000.00 in back support. I will highly recommend her to anyone who is in need of a good attorney.

Attorney Smith is an excellent attorney. I first came to her after another attorney screwed me out of thousands of dollars and failed to produce any results. Attorney Smith maintained constant communication with me and told me things that I needed to hear, not that I wanted to her. Based on legal knowledge and tenacity, I allowed her to represent me in my child custody, child support, alimony, divorce, equitable distribution case in Orange County. She was able to get me a fair settlement and accomplished what the other attorney couldn't in less time. I have recommended Attorney Smith to all of my family and friends, and they too were pleased with her services.

ATTORNEY SMITH REPRESENTED ME IN A CHILD CUSTODY HEARING. SHE DIDN'T SEEM TO BE AGGRESSIVE ENOUGH OR HAVE THE EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO USE STRONG STRATEGIES IN THE COURTROOM. THE HEARING BASICALLY RAN ITSELF WITH THE JUDGE LEADING THE QUESTIONS. LACKED KNOWLEDGE AND STRENGTH IN THE COURTROOM.

Attorney Smith is by far the best attorney I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I was going through a very difficult child custody case with my ex-husband. With other attorneys I had in the past, I felt like just another case file on their desk but not with Attorney Smith. She listened very patiently to what I had to say (you would be surprised how hard it is to find an attorney willing to do this) and worked dilegently to ensure that my case was handled quickly and in the best interest of my child. If you need someone who will represent you agressively and fight for you in the courtroom she is definitely the right choice.

Lawyer is over priced and doesn't truely represent you the way a lawyer should. She doesn't seem to have experience and the knowledge to help you resolve your legal matters in a positive way.
