Didn't read the briefs before the conference. Left on an unexpected 1 hour break and came back 2 hours later and spent half the conference time skimming through brief & didn't have any of the facts straight - takes a cookie cutter approach to serious issues, careless, unprepared, did not finish her work with usand left early. A complete gong show!
