Mr. Wolfberg has handled commercial property closings, tenant matters and general legal matters for myself and my family. We have not had any complaints on any issues, he is efficient, explains himself very clearly and his advice has always proven to be sound in all matters we have consulted with him.

even though, i used legal referral paid services they did recommend him. I lost my 50% commision,$750 charge for closing fee ended up to $1600. ON A FORCLSED PROPERTY. STILL AFTER 12 MONTHS HE HAS NOT SEND THE FINAL WATER BILL AND SEWAGE CHARGES OF THE FORCLOSED PROPERTY TO THE ATHRITY. HE EVEN GOT $650 FOR SERVY WHICH HE DID NOT GIVE IT TO ME BEFORE SIGNING THE PAPERS. A PART OF PROPERTY HAS BEEN TAKEN OVER BY A NEGHBOUR. HE DOES NOT RETURN CALLS AND HE IS MONEY MONGER.
