DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER!!! He was my divorce attorney and dealt with a false protective order/aggravated assault. Was able to get the false protective order dismissed after I got the 911 call saying I did not commit the assault but REFUSED to file a motion to get the assault charge dismissed. Judge asked him to file a motion to reduce my child support and refused to do so. My ex was refusing to comply with parent time orders and refused to file any motions for parent time despite the other attorney telling my ex not to comply with the court order. DON'T WASTED YOUR TIME WITH BEN.

When it comes to money well spent. I recommend Benjamin Grinstaff. He is sharp, quick and completely focused on my case. He is clever,knowlegable and up front about how he will win the case for you and he will fight for you. His fees are reasonably priced. If you want an honest lawyer who will produce quick results and definatley will earn every dollar you pay him, hire this lawyer.

Ben Grindstaff is am excellent lawyer. He was very helpful in a legal matter we retained him for. He went above and beyond working typical office hours on this matter and provided excellent legal advice and is very good at what he does. Very aggressive lawyer. I had been told by many attorne's that my case would be very diffucult and long due tpo the issues. Ben made my tough divorce and custody case look easy and he did it in only two months. Ben protected my assets and got me the custody that I wanted. I would reccomend him to anyone needing help.
