I hired Paul Hibberd to represent me in a case. He recommended an agreed order which was completed and accepted without any issues. I then asked for a custody arrangement to be drafted. He took a stock custody form and changed some words around, even forgetting to change some "children" to "child", which I had to point out. There were multiple emails due to his incapability to understand. He added an unwanted paragraph halfway through drafts which I had to ask him to remove several times. I explained what I needed several times and he did not seem to understand, resulting in emails back & forth to correct it. The office would not provide me with a breakdown to show my time/money spent when I asked for it. I was billed $2500+ total for the agreed order and an unsigned custody arrangement. He is the absolute worst at communicating. I definitely do not recommend this lawyer to anyone.

Promptly answered calls. Able to get a quick appointment. More expensive than some, but felt I paid for his experience and knowledge of the law and the system.
