After you pay this guy he doesn't get anything done. You meet him in his dumpy house and he promises he'll help you through the case. Call him day or night.Then he stops returning phone calls. He got nothing done the opposing counsel did most the work. informed me of the upcoming court dates, and wrote the parenting plan. He sat there during mediation and said almost nothing. While the other lawyer explained everything.Worthless!

Makes lots of promises he can't keep. Says it's a no brainer, easy win, but does nothing. Over charges for you to do almost all of the work for him, changes your statements, tells you to say things that aren't entirely true, or true at all, doesn't do anything in court but stand there. File bar complaint only to be told nothing they could do because he says something different in his statement, and lets face it...Dog doesn't eat dog, and it's attorneys who read the complaints.

This attorney was late to court, never gave me information on time, and did little to nothing to help my custody case. He lied to me about securing back child support with the opposing council, gave me a credit on my bill for that amount, and when I fired him for his incompetency he refuses to refund me. He charges $20 just to read your emails, up to $100 to copy and paste text onto pleading paper. His billing records are inaccurate in his favor, he took $3000 of my hard earned money and did nothing for me. I filed a grievance with the Washington State Bar.
