This is the 4th time my family and I have been working with Roy for real estate transactions. Besides his knowledge and experience, Roy is empathic about his client's situation. He can offer sound advice and feasible options. Roy reviewed our purchase agreement each time and provided revisions to make the contract protect our benefit. The clauses capped the costs at the closing time. So all fees have been covered by the fees he has helped save. He has also helped provide entitlement insurance which is valuable in the current fraudulent market environment. Roy is pleasant to work with. He is punctual on the appointments and is kind to accommodate the clients' time. He once scheduled an evening call with us as my family was in a different time zone. I would highly recommend Roy if you have real estate deals to close. He is professional, kind, and fair.
