Chosen by the judge in an estate case as "Special Master", Andrus was assigned to resolve a conflict between 2 heirs of the division or sale of the estate. It took him over 4 years to get this acomplishment. Andrus barrowed against the estate for 75,000, saying he would use maybe 25,000 at most. He paced himself to burn it all up in the time of two years of being stagnant.My opposing heir was a live in of a disbarred attorney who wrote my Mother's will prior to, using his brothers which were attorneys to be representing this heir. "Conflict Of Interest/"Undue Influence" as this whole family of attorneys benefitted.Andrus showed injustice & basically a reverse prejudice in as not to appear to go against the attorney family. (Example) recommended to judge to GIVE the home my sister destroyed of Mothers and land she moved on & developed under written contract to compensate half the worth. 245,000 estimate Allowing opposing attorney to write court instruments,I refused to sign.
