- During early 2011, He Took a case he knows nothing about, and advised about another, wrongly. - He said a private hospital can't be sued after one year. ... Not so, I found out it's 2 and 1/2 years, when I asked another lawyer. - This 'lawyer' didn't tell me an investigation was dropped, weeks earlier, and kept taking payments to fight it. - He didn't give back all of my original paper evidence, and give me copies of some, instead of the originals. - I was suppose to get important paperwork evidence sent to my address, he called the other lawyer and changed that so it went to him instead, first, to edit what I saw. - Conflict of interest, doesn't bother him. ... He is friends with the defendant, (neighbors), around the block from him, he didn't bother to tell me this when I mentioned their name. - He pads his bill. ...
