He may be knowledgeable but he doesnt fully use this knowledge with his clients maybe its time he retires. He has NO good communication skills.we ended up fixing our legal issues ourselves……….. a defense lawyer he doesn’t believe his client. Thank god we had knowledge ourselves to be able to fix this with information from an Ontario firm. All stuff michel could have suggested but didnt. Waste of time.

I am a very experienced trial lawyer. Michel Desneiges is one of the very few lawyers that I'm comfortable referring a client to. He's knowledgeable, dedicated, and highly effective. I recommend him without reservation.

Very incompetent. Better off to represent yourself than pay him to do it. On May 15th a charge of mischief against my son was dropped. On June 22nd. got a 4 month sentence for that charge. Desneiges did not speak up that the charge had been dropped. As the mother of the inmate he was representing I asked him for explanations of what things in court meant. He refused to answer and said I was a hostile person which would be used against my son in court. According to a judge that a friend of mine spoke with this is nit true.

I expected a lawyer would talk to me about my case. That if I asked why he suggested doing something, he would be required to explain why when I asked. He missed critical issues on my case because he never listened to what I told him. Sometimes I would tell him something over and over again, and when he finally actually heard it he would yell that I should have told him that before. It was an extremely frustrating experience.
