He does not communicate with client. He does a poor job of representing client even on the simplest task. Do not use him.

He is unorganized. Berates his client not only in private but also in front of others in official settings. Talks negatively about client to other attorneys. Fee charges are unwarranted for the time he puts into case. Legal documents are inadequate/missing full detail. Neglects to file documents. Fails to prepare client on how to act in mediation/court. He runs over client in conversations. I do not recommend Robert Marasco
