We have caught Mr. Tisser in several lies, presumably to save face after cutting corners on drafting estate plans. He "doesn't remember" what he did or said too often for our taste. He protects himself, but not his clients or their beneficiaries. He has set up many family members for failure by not communicating significant developments. While he may not be intentionally malicious, he causes paim nonetheless.

Creates overly complicated legal documents so when your spouse dies, he has guaranteed future work, enough to pay for at least 1 kid's full tuition at a private college. Fails to communicate at critical times, like when my spouse died. Fails to meet deadlines.
