They were incompetent and did not do the work i expected from them but tried to charge the full legal fee

This lawyer was horrible. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and failed to do his basic duty as a lawyer and protect his client. He failed to advise that the financial reports were unaudited which is illegal. As a result there is a major shortfall in the reserve fund and there will be very large special levies this year on top of the monthly fee increasing 62%.
